Having previously worked with Peoplescout (formally Aon Hewitt), Simon was a leader in their RPO practice supporting Fortune 500 clients.

A big sports fan, Simon enjoys following and playing rugby, cricket, football and loves to watch American football. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, hiking, and skiing (very badly). He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two young sons.
