Sara Spirko

Sara joined Noto Group as a Sr Executive Recruiter in January of 2019. She was promoted to Managing Director in December of 2021 where she manages Service Delivery for Noto Group, along with internal operations.

A majority of Sara’s career prior to joining Noto Group was in the CPG industry. She started her career at Gibson Guitar Corp in Nashville, TN as the Recruiting Manager. From there, she moved to Mars, Inc as their Talent Acquisition Manager for the Petcare Division. To gain business experience, she moved into a Project and Portfolio Manager role for the Cat Food business within Mars Petcare, managing a $300M portfolio and a cross-functional GTM team. She transferred to another segment within Mars, where she managed the global innovation and marketing GTM team.

After Mars, she worked at Godiva Chocolatier, where she was the project manager for the supply chain and manufacturing organization, leading transformation projects.  She also spent some time in the Pharma industry at CSL Behring in Philadelphia, where she was the global Talent PMO.
