Rupert established our Executive Interim Management practice in 2000 and since then he has developed the team to become one of the UK’s foremost Interim providers.

Rupert has delivered many senior and experienced Interim executives for clients across a range of sectors and functions.

Change Management is a common theme in most of his assignments, with appointments ranging from Interim M&A, Programme & Transformation teams in Financial Services to Interim Group HR Directors, turnaround and change agents for FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

In addition Rupert personally executes searches at Director, VP, SVP and CEO level in the Insurance sector. Rupert joined Hoggett Bowers in 1995 and is a Director of the company.
