Rose Perri

Since 1995, Rose has recruited senior executives across a variety of industry sectors, helping organizations build and attract strong leadership teams through trusted relationships with clients and individuals. Committed to delivering quality results, Rose brings a combination of global firm expertise and high-end boutique focus. She regularly assists Boards and C-suites in navigating the rapidly changing talent marketplace in North America. Rose is highly regarded for her thorough approach, integrity, and industry acumen, partnering with clients from start-ups to market leaders.

Rose has successfully completed complex engagements at the most senior levels of organizations.

She has deep experience across both boutique and big firm environments — including Rosenzweig & Company, her own independent search practice, and prior tenures with Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry. Rose has also held senior strategic roles at BMO Financial Group in customer experience, loyalty, and market research across the credit card, payments, and retail banking businesses.

Earlier in her career, Rose was with A.T. Kearney Executive Search (following its acquisition of Baker Harris & Partners), where she honed her executive recruiting expertise. She began her professional journey as a translator and analyst with the Italian Trade Commission and as an English instructor in Italy.

Fluent in English and Italian, with working knowledge of French, Rose holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor’s degree in French and Italian Literature from McMaster University.
