Rocio Guerrero

Rocio Guerrero is a Research Analyst at Talento Human Capital Management (HCM). As a Recruiting Analyst, Rocio focuses on executing the Research process within the recruitment life cycle, contributing to the delivery of a world class hiring experience. The Recruiting Analyst also collaborates with Recruiting & Customer Experience teams to generate search overview reports and schedule interviews. The Analyst position feeds into Recruiting Specialist roles and is a future pipeline for management roles within TalentoHCM.

Prior to joining Talento HCM, Rocio was responsible for the learning, development & operational reliability of a complex unit ensuring productive outcomes for the team. There she managed and coordinated a staff of five, with a matrix team of 20+ across other business units.
