Rich Kampmann

Rich brings 15 plus years of executive search and leadership consulting expertise to his client organizations and has 14 years of hands-on leadership experience in the banking and financial services arena.

He has performed hundreds of searches for companies worldwide at the executive and senior management levels, has advocated for commercial and private banks, and currently successfully supports Fintech, Consumer Products, Industrial and Non-Profit companies.

Before The Loring Group, Rich worked for Stanton Chase, a global top ten executive search firm, was an Equity Partner with Boyden International, and spent the early part of his search career as a Principal with Korn Ferry.  He was also a Private Banker with Chase Manhattan and a Security Analyst with the NAIC and Moody’s Investors Service.

Rich supports many non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community. He recently completed ten-years on the Board of the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center that served people with disabilities and was a Member of the Admissions Committee at the Olympic Club. Besides, Rich is an Eagle Scout and was a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the San Francisco Little League.
