Rachel Crisi

Rachel Crisi joined the Chartwell Partners Financial Services and Real Estate Practice in 2026. Based in Dallas, Rachel focuses on senior-level executive search assignments across banking and the broader financial services industry. She is known for her relationship-driven approach and commitment to delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates throughout the search process.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Rachel served as a Director in the Financial Services Practice at McDermott + Bull, where she partnered with community and regional banks, credit unions, fintechs, and other financial institutions to build executive leadership teams. In addition to leading executive search engagements and supporting client management and business development initiatives, Rachel played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence and relationships across the Texas market.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
