Philippa is a partner in TrueBridge, working across EMEA designing bespoke interim solutions for senior executive talent. She brings two decades of experience in delivering executive-level talent within Financial Services and PE-backed businesses.

Prior to joining TrueBridge, Philippa spent ten years at a global executive search firm, where she led the Executive Interim CFO & Transformation practice. In this role, she served as a trusted partner to clients, helping them successfully manage the full talent life cycle and securing high-calibre leaders. She began her career at a global recruitment consultancy specialising in placing financial talent within the investment banking industry. Her transformative mindset and functional expertise have contributed to her success in placing C-suite leaders across finance, transformation, technology, and operations.

Based in London, Philippa is recognised as a trusted partner and is passionate about connecting Financial Services, Venture Capital and Private Equity high-growth, technology enabled businesses with best-in-class interim leaders at the C-suite level and their direct teams.

Philippa grew up in South Africa and has spent her adult life in the UK, which she now firmly considers home.
