Patrick Van Lijsebetten

Graduated in 1980 as Master of Science in Electronics, I started my career as an R&D Engineer and had different positions thereafter as R&D Manager, Sales & Marketing Director. Throughout my career, “studying & (on the job) learning” continued to take part of my life, resulting in additional diploma’s as Certified Interim Manager (UAMS), Master of Business Administration (AMS), Certified Director (GUBERNA).

In 2001, I decided to found Atlantae Executive Search, an executive search boutique specializing in the search for engineering, managerial & CxO profiles and last but not least Board Members for your Board of Trustees, Advisory Boards and Board of Directors. During that same period, Atlantae was elected sole Belgian Branch partner, becoming part of IMSA, a globally based International Management Executive Search network, having partners all over the world, with their headquarters operating from Zurich.
