Nicole Kyner

Nicole Kyner is the Head of Search at theBoardlist, a global talent platform that curates, develops, and connects exceptional and diverse talent with board opportunities. With more than 25 years in executive search and recruiting, Nicole has served as Director of Talent Acquisition at the SF-based ecommerce firm Delivery Agent; Executive Recruiter at a global bank; and for more than a decade as both Senior Associate and Research Director, Technology Practice at Spencer Stuart. Her client work at Spencer Stuart included SVP/EVP, C-Suite, and Board level leadership searches for large public, private equity-backed, and growth stage companies. Nicole attended the University California at Berkeley.
