Nick McQuarry

Nick McQuarry has spent the entirety of his career in the executive search space across two firms, returning to Allen Austin in April of 2026.  He has successfully completed searches for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CHROs, and CMO, Chief Sales Officers, as well as Controllers, Director-level department heads, and Regional Operations and Sales leaders across Commercial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, and Consumer Products industries.

Nick is an alumnus of Rice University where he was a member of the football team as a Punter. Nick is actively involved in a number of volunteer programs geared at supporting the student athlete community.
