Mike, in conjunction with his Options Group partners, develops and implements the firm’s business strategy and has also spearheaded the opening of 14 offices since the firm’s inception in 1992. Mike’s expertise lies across all areas of international capital markets and investment banking and he is committed to the entire life cycle of talent management from attraction to development.

Mike has spent the last twenty five years creating one of the world’s top brands in executive search and strategic consulting and has been a leading developer of solutions and new products to today’s business challenges. He has provided outstanding leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are instilled and has driven the company to achieve and surpass its business goals. Mike was instrumental in creating OG University, the firm’s internal learning and development program, providing optimal professional development and certification in all aspects of our business, from client development, sales, candidate development, and research and analysis to presentation skills, marketing and branding, international business and all aspects of the recruiting value chain.
