He previously led practices at ON Partners, Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, and Ray & Berndtson, and founded his own firm, MPI Eden. Matt is the immediate past Chair of the national board of the Arthritis Foundation and a former NCAA scholarship athlete at Texas Christian University.
