Mary Fran Flood

Mary Fran is a seasoned search consultant with over 15 years of experience in retained executive search. Prior to joining SSG, Mary Fran assisted Mancino Burfield & Edgerton, a boutique retained search firm, with assignments in marketing and research & development. She was instrumental in the firm’s successful completion of senior level projects for clients within the biotechnology and medical device industries. Mary Fran’s earlier career was spent with Search Innovations, a retained executive search firm. In this role, she was responsible for candidate sourcing, development and selection of candidates for a broad range of clients including healthcare, financial services and manufacturing. A native of the Scranton area, Mary Fran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
