Lloyd Solomon is a Founder, Partner, and a Managing Director of Solomon Page, a Manhattan based provider of staffing solutions (temporary, contract, temp to perm, project staffing, direct hire, and executive search) across a broad range of functional and industry lines of business. Lloyd provides leadership and direction for the execution of Solomon Page’s vision. He is accountable for creating revenue growth and enterprise value through the implementation of profitability targets and achievement of financial goals within disciplined guidelines and parameters.
Lloyd’s focus is to create and build a collaborative and synergistic culture and coherent brand identity based upon core values of professionalism, entrepreneurship, and integrity. He is also actively engaged in the recruitment and retention of key contributors for a wide range of service offerings who are the most valuable assets in the long term growth of the business.
In addition to his direction and general management, he actively participates in key accounts and is available to employees and clients to facilitate finding ways to optimize service offerings to ensure client satisfaction.
Over the last 25 years, Lloyd has directed the firm’s growth, evolution, and expansion into new areas of business. Founded in 1990, Solomon Page’s rapid growth resulted in a public offering in 1994 and privatization through management buyout in 2000. Headquartered in New York City, Solomon Page has eight regional offices in the United States and one in London, England.
Lloyd received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from Boston University.
