Ken identified, attracted and retained some of the best search partners from around the globe. During his 16 years running ZRG, Ken personally led searches for his clients in 22 countries on five continents.
Ken helped conceptualize, create, and launch the proprietary Z-Score process, a program targeting specific culture and talent for executive roles.
Today ZRG has offices in 26 cities and 9 countries around the globe with wholly owned subsidiaries in Switzerland, the Netherlands, China and Brazil. Ken successfully exited ZRG in 2015 after the firm received an equity investment.
