After graduating from the University of Illinois with a master’s degree in human resource development, Katie spent six years as a recruiter and human resource generalist for the city of Chicago. As a specialist in quantitative marketing science and operations research, Katie helped launch Burtch Works’ mid- and junior-level analytics practice, and has been working with analytics professionals for over nine years.
