John Weaver focuses on senior executive search and assessment assignments across a variety of industry sectors including basic materials, building & construction, capital and electrical equipment, automotive and process manufacturing as well as industrial services.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of management including business development, marketing, operations, information technologyand leadership development. Prior to joining Intrepid Consulting Group, Mr. Weaver was an industrial practice leader with Russell Reynolds Associates, the premier global executive search and assessment firm.

Mr. Weaver has successfully recruited numerous corporate officers and senior functional leaders across a wide variety of major industrial manufacturers and service providers as well as small and mid-sized privately-held companies.

He has a broad range of experience providing consultation services with clients in global executive search mandates, senior management leadership appraisal, board of director assessments and advisory assignments.
