John Coutts

John Coutts is a partner with Bauer Harris with 30 years of executive search experience.  John’s expertise ranges from placing board directors, chief executive officers, presidents, and chief operating officers to placing senior functional leaders in finance, operations, sales and marketing, human resources, information technology, operations and corporate development.  John advises clients on search strategy and leads executive level initiatives to bring game-changing leaders to their organizations. He possesses a successful track record in building management teams and boards of directors with an emphasis on transformation and demonstrated growth.  His clients cover a number of industry sectors including technology, industrial, healthcare, and energy.  Clients range from start-up firms, small and medium-sized public and private companies and fortune 100 organizations.

Prior to joining Bauer Harris, John was with Tatum executive search.  His extensive executive search career includes 17 years as a Senior Partner at Korn/Ferry.
