Jill Niemczyk

Jill Niemczyk is a Partner of Judson Partners based in New York. Jill’s search practice spans commercial and investment banking; alternative assets, including real estate, credit/distressed, and private equity; and human resources.

Prior to joining Judson Partners, Jill was a Managing Director at Choi & Burns, where she led an expansion into alternative assets as well as focusing on the firm’s core practice in investment banking.

Jill joined Choi & Burns from Credit Suisse, where she headed the firm’s experienced talent acquisition function globally for the Investment Bank and in the Americas across all businesses and functions, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Banking, Finance, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources. She previously had held a similar role at Merrill Lynch, where she built a recruiting function for the Investment Bank focused on direct sourcing and on executing key strategic hires across Equities and Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity. In her recruiting roles at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, Jill was responsible for diversity hiring strategy and metrics and was a member of the bank-wide leadership diversity committees.

Prior to joining Merrill Jill spent over ten years in executive search with Spencer Stuart, Sextant Search Partners (where she had been a co-founder), and Highland Search Group. Throughout her search career Jill has taken a strategic approach to her work with clients and has engineered many successful new business entries and team lifts. Jill graduated from Columbia College with her AB summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in the College’s first graduating class of women. She holds her MA and MPhil from Columbia University, where she also conducted doctoral study in English Literature and taught Shakespeare.
