Jennifer Rademacher

Jennifer Rademacher is a Vice President at The Maison Group. She brings with her 15 years of commercial real estate development experience working with real estate professionals from a wide variety of disciplines.

Her knowledge of the industry enhances the firm’s ability to analyze individual client hiring needs and target candidates with the right skill sets and characteristics to achieve successful placement results.

Prior to embarking on her career in commercial real estate development she was with the Miami Downtown Development Authority in the capacity of Economic Development Coordinator.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/International Relations from Florida State University and attended Florida Atlantic University in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Relocating to the area 10 years ago from South Florida, Jennifer now lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with her husband. She is an active member of CREW-DC and WIRRE in addition to a Maryland licensed real estate agent.
