Jennifer Muller

Ms. Muller founded Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES) following her success in creating the executive search business for another organization. ACES was developed to provide a more precise, flexible search model with a full suite of support services for candidates. Ms. Muller has been in executive search, specializing only in higher education, for over twelve years successfully leading searches both nationally and internationally. Searches have spanned faculty to president in every type of institution including public, private, R1, faith-based, two and four-year.

Her extensive research and development experience over the past 30 years in higher education and Fortune 500 companies gives her the experience and skills to excel in higher education recruitment.

She is the former vice chair of the American Council on Education (ACE) Executive Search Roundtable and serves as an advisor in the numerous ACE leadership development forums including the Women’s Leadership, Advancing to the Presidency, and Spectrum Aspiring Leaders.
