Jena Kuznik

Jena Kuznik joined Potrero Group as a senior consultant in 2018. She has led many executive searches for CEO, VP, and Director roles, including California Council of Land Trusts, Columbia Land Trust, Grand Canyon Conservancy, Save the Redwoods League, Parks California, Crystal Cove Conservancy, Jack London Park Partners, and The Trail Conservancy. She has also led consulting engagements for North Cascades Institute, the City of Sonoma, and Open Space Institute in partnership with New York State Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation, among others. 

In addition to her work at Potrero Group, Jena has managed projects for organizations focused on sustainable agriculture, water resilience, and environmental philanthropy, specializing in developing collaborative partnerships between diverse actors to create a broader impact. Previously, Jena worked in agricultural investment as an operational risk analyst focused on sustainability and safety. Before that, she worked as a cowgirl in New Mexico and Australia. Jena received her BS in international agricultural development from UC Davis and her Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment.
