James Lavell

James Lavell became CEO of Altrata in 2021, leading the initiative to bring five people intelligence platforms together under one brand. James joined Delinian (then Euromoney) in 2016 as part of the Strategy and Programmes Team, initially working across the Group with the PRA division on their strategy implementation and then Institutional Investor. More recently James held the position of Divisional COO at Institutional Investor, and CEO of the IMN and Derivatives division.

Prior to Delinian, James spent over 10 years running transformation teams focusing on large-scale business change, acquisition integrations, and operational restructures. James has also worked as an in-house consultant for British Telecom, Equifax, and AC Nielsen.
