Haley Wong

Haley is a Senior Associate at Rosenzweig & Company. She works with the team on industry and candidate research, as well as on candidate and client management. Before joining Rosenzweig & Company, Haley was an associate lawyer practicing with a leading real estate group at a full-service law firm on Bay Street. Haley’s practice primarily consisted of large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, and financings in connection to commercial real estate properties. She worked with institutional clients such as REITs and real estate investment companies on all aspects of the transaction, including negotiation of the material agreements, due diligence, and closing of the transaction.

Haley also has previous experience working on general corporate files including mergers and acquisitions, share purchases and securities offerings. Haley graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2015. While completing her J.D., Haley served as Co-President of the Queen’s Law chapter of End Poverty Now, Finance Chair of the 2013 Orientation Committee, and a case worker with the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Haley obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University Faculty of Arts and Science, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. She completed her honours thesis with Dr. Kevin Munhall’s Speech Perception and Production Laboratory.
