Eric Tenety

Eric is an Executive Search Consultant based in Gray Scalable’s SoHo office. For over 17 years, Eric has served venture capital and private equity portfolio companies, as well as publicly-listed businesses undergoing transformation through the acquisition of innovative talent.

He has been fortunate to work with a number of extraordinary founders, operators, and investors including the teams behind Atlas Obscura, Oden Technologies, Plated, Farfetch, Refinery29, Squarespace, Criteo, Centric Digital, Sizmek, Market Logic Software, JW Player, Coty, Spotify, Particle IO, Ellucian, TransferWise, onefinestay, Livestream, LearnZillion, and TransUnion.

Eric has also advised several of the world’s largest financial services organizations, including Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, and UBS on disruption, innovation, and growth for several of their core businesses. Eric and his wife reside on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with two very vocal mini dachshunds – Frankie & Max.
