Elaine Peters

Working in the talent industry for more than 15 years, Elaine helps leaders identify key executives for their organizations. Elaine has conducted successful searches in the areas of higher education, and non-profit. Taking the approach of exceptional customer service, white glove treatment of candidates and a commitment to diversity, she is has a proven track record of placing key executives in leadership roles.

Elaine spent 17 years at the University of California managing and conducting searches at UCLA, UC Irvine and the Systemwide Office of the President. In the non-profit area, Elaine has conducted searches for various executive roles.

In addition, Elaine conducts workshops and training seminars for internal recruiters on best practices for conducting searching and working with senior leaders.

Elaine holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a certification in Workforce Management. She speaks about talent acquisition and executive search at conferences such as LinkedIn, NACUBO and at the California State University organizations. Elaine is a recipient of the CUPA Silver Award for a Best Technology Practice in Higher Education.
