Drew Desky

Drew Desky, Principal Consultant, has 12 years of executive search and recruiting experience as Managing Partner of Rand Thompson Consultants.

Prior to Rand Thompson, Drew had a successful career in investment banking, corporate banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, credit analysis, and insurance. Drew has been a senior banker at Citi responsible for business development and relationship management in Financial Institutions; Vice President at Assurant (formerly Fortis), where he managed Mergers and Acquisitions, rating agency relations, and risk and capital management, as well as acting as Investment Liaison for Assurant Asset Management; a lead analyst at Standard and Poor’s; and Global Division Credit Officer for the Securities and Insurance Industries at Bank of New York.

Drew graduated from Dartmouth College.
