Deborah specializes in recruiting information technology, cybersecurity and risk management professionals within the federal market and works with both publicly and privately held technology companies and government contractors.

Deborah conducts searches for a broad spectrum of technology personnel, including information technology C-level executives, enterprise/infrastructure software engineers, cyber chief scientists, privacy officers, directors of research, and litigation and e-discovery professionals. Representative placements includes chief information officers for law firms, associations and corporations, chief of security for an international law firm, director of litigation for an east coast boutique law firm, energy director for a technology company, technology director for a private equity firm and cyber executives for a science and technology company. Furthermore, she specializes in the career transition of government technology executives into industry. Deborah has been a high performer since her first year, when she was awarded Rookie Account Executive of the Year. She has continued to excel and has been recognized multiple times by The McCormick Group for her outstanding performance.

Prior to joining the McCormick Group, Deborah’s experience in the technology industry dates back to 1988 where her management expertise included oversight of global help desk and call centers, project and account management, and the supervision of pre-sales, engineering and network operations personnel.

A native of Charlottesville, VA, Deborah received a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is on the board of Women in E-Discovery, and is a member of ARMA International, the Help Desk Institute, DC Web Women and the Cyber Security Forum.
