Debi Damesek has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search and HR Consulting. Her background has been focused on connecting top talent to senior roles in consulting and financial services including Investment Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Private Credit.

Debi has managed searches for small and large, public and private companies. She has placed talent across various disciplines including bankers, wealth advisors, private bankers, investment professionals, sales and relationship managers, investor relations, the C-suite and Human Resources.

Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, Debi conducted in-house recruiting for Deloitte Consulting, Lehman Brothers, Bridgewater, Credit Suisse and BlackRock, and worked on the agency side at Stanton Advisors.
