I have a 20 year track record in the recruitment industry, specialising in Clinical Healthcare since 2003. I have a proven track record of recruitment, sales, business development, consultancy, account management, and building a business desk from the ground up to an established operation.

As a consultant with The RSA Group’s Interims Practice, I focus primarily on executive interim placements within Europe

Most recently I worked with a leading supplier of doctors to the NHS. I set up and developed a Permanent Doctor Recruitment operation, to supply the NHS with international permanent doctors in emergency medicine.  Prior to this, I managed the recruitment and placement of interim Radiology Consultants and Pathology Consultants internationally.

Earlier in my career, I was responsible for the recruitment and placement of IT contractors specialising in SAP across Europe.

I have a BA (hons) in Business Administration from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
