Darrell specializes in placing C-level, vice presidents, directors, mid-level management, field personnel, scientists, marketing, sales, research and development and regulatory affairs Prior to joining the executive search and recruiting profession, Darrell was in the accounting and finance profession. He was a Corporate Controller for a telecommunications company and was an Audit Manager in big 5 public accounting where he provided audit services and business advice to SEC Fortune 500 clients. He works effectively with a broad spectrum of senior management of SEC, Fortune 500, middle market clients and start-up ventures.

Darrell is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a member of an elite group of search professionals who have passed this challenging exam to show his commitment to the advancement of professional and ethical standards and to the quality of the work performed in the Search Profession. In addition to being a CPC, Darrell is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and he does maintain an active CPA license.

He has diverse industry experience including animal health, veterinary, pet products, telecom, software, energy, manufacturing, health-care, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations and higher education.
