Christiane Neumayer

Christiane Neumayer has overall responsibility for business development and search execution. Christiane is also a Director at WJM Associates, a recognized leader in developing senior executives, teams and high potential groups. She partners with her clients to develop and implement customized solutions to meet their executive development needs.

She is the former Chair of 2020 Women on Boards’ New York City’s Campaign Committee. In this role she and her committee of ten senior executives from diverse industries are responsible for implementing 2020’s campaign strategies as well as for holding the Annual National Conversation on Board Diversity in New York City.

Christiane and the committee are also responsible for identifying and driving new opportunities to advocate for campaign goals. Previously she was a management consultant in her own practice advising clients on strategy, organization design, and process redesign to increase performance through higher levels of employee engagement.

Prior to running her own business, she was a management consultant in IBM’s Strategy & Change Practice advising financial services firms on strategy development, change management, and organization design. She joined IBM after sales and research roles of fixed-income products at Morgan Stanley.
