Chris Hardy

Chris has conducted numerous executive search assignments both in the UK and in South Africa, acquiring extensive experience in cross-border searches for multinational clients.

His early career included senior marketing positions at the Coca-Cola Company as well as entrepreneurial and corporate experience in the commercial refrigeration industry. Later, he worked with Deloitte in its executive search division.

Chris focuses on the manufacturing, packaging, FMCG and mining sectors and leads search assignments for CEOs, as well as senior managment in finance, operations, human resources, sales & marketing and general management.

Chris is a member of EMA Partners International Executive Committee. He served as Global Vice President Finance from 2009-2013, Global Chairman from 2013-2017 and is currently serving as VP Finance and Legal.
