Chelsea Garrett recruits senior level executives for a broad clientele across allfunctions for the Consumer Durables, Energy, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.  Founded in July 2003, Garrett Search Partners is a fully retained, full service, executive search firm serving clients from Fortune 100 to early stage, start-ups, across the Americas and Western Europe.

Chelsea has successfully executed several hundred executive level searches for a broad clientele around the globe.  Leveraging her 19 years of experience in executive search, Chelsea is passionate about helping clients build world class teams.  Her consulting experience includes training and coaching individuals and teams on executive and leadership development, change management, competency assessment, recruitment, employee engagement and retention.

Prior to establishing Garrett Search Partners,  Chelsea worked for two international retained executive search firms where she started out in Research and moved up through the ranks to Vice President.  During this time, she led strategic business development initiatives for the firm and executed C-level searches in the Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology industries, primarily for large multinational organizations.

Chelsea also spent several years with AmBit Technology, Inc., a national technology search firm and subsidiary of engineering and construction giant, Fluor Corporation. There she worked in both the Dallas and Atlanta markets recruiting senior level information technology professionals and managing a recruiting team.

Throughout her search career, Chelsea has built an outstanding reputation for providing precise leadership insight assessing executive talent and has been awarded numerous sales achievements and awards for her performance in building high caliber leadership teams.

Chelsea is a former Board Member and former President of the Chicago Chapter of the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR). She also served as a leader for several years in the group’s Small Search Firm Forum (SSFF) and steering committee.

In 1994, Chelsea received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.  She, her husband and two sons reside in the Dallas area and the family is actively involved in several philanthropic organizations.
