Carrie is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with 25 years of executive experience from a variety of senior HR and business line positions. She has worked in Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Building Products, and Automotive. Her most recent Corporate Role was as Head of Client Experience and Chief of Staff to the COO for Citi Retail Services.
Carrie speaks the language of senior business executives in a variety of functions because she has more than likely sat in their chair. Her passion is enabling the success of others above all else. She brings a wealth of experience in enabling leadership effectiveness – for individuals and across executive teams – using Assessment Tools, Executive Coaching, and Team facilitation to help organizations meet their strategic goals.
She has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Emory University, a master’s degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota. She is also certified in delivering the Hogan Leadership Assessment.
