Brian P. Moorhouse

Founding Principal

Brian is the Founding Principle of Mirador Talent Consulting, which specializes in recruiting executive search professionals and corporate human resource leaders.

Prior to founding Mirador Talent Consulting, Brian held executive recruiting and talent acquisition leadership roles at Liberty Mutual, Merck, Korn Ferry, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and ARAMARK. During that time, he served on HR leadership teams and partnered closely with every major function to support business strategies through talent readiness. Before corporate executive recruiting, Brian spent eight years in retained executive search with two global executive search firms.

During his career, Brian has partnered on hundreds of search engagements across multiple functions and industries, both domestically and internationally.

Brian has a BS in Psychology and Human Resources from Thomas Jefferson University.
