Bill Kelly is the founder and President of Kelly & Company, a retained executive search firm established in 1996. Headquartered in New York City, Kelly & Company is a leading provider of retained executive search services within Human Resources, with a focus on Retirement Services and Health & Benefits.

Having spent his formative years in the retained search business, Bill recognized that his clients required a greater level of attention than the large search firm model could offer. He created an alternative type of firm– a firm that performs a limited number of searches and focuses on a select group of client companies. In this way, he could provide better service to his clients and fill searches more expeditiously.
