Bill Dubbs

Bill Dubbs is the vision behind Williams Executive Search, serving as President since its founding in 1992. Mr. Dubbs has more than 30 years professional and executive recruiting experience. Nationally recognized by his peers, he previously served as a board member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, the industry’s largest association.

Mr. Dubbs recently concluded serving as a board member for an $80M, privately-held company in the Twin Cities. His clients have relied on his expertise to recruit company Directors, Presidents, and various C-level executives.
