Audra is a Partner of Hofer Tan Partners with over twenty years’ experience holding senior roles in Organizational Development, Learning and Development and as a Human Resources Director. She has lived in Asia for more than ten years and led complex change projects and development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Having worked within corporate organisations and as a consultant, she appreciates the challenges faced by organizations to embed learning and achieve a meaningful return on investment. Audra combines her experience of business challenges and knowledge of psychology and neuroscience to provide thought leadership and solutions that result in mindset and behavioural change
