As a Search Consultant, Amy Taylor is responsible for conducting and managing search assignments nationwide. Amy’s long history with Jordan Search Consultants as the former Director of Operations gives her a unique perspective on determining recruitment goals and search needs.

Knowledgeable about the healthcare industry and recruitment strategy development, Amy is skilled at identifying candidates and presenting solutions to recruitment challenges. With more than a decade of experience in project and executive management, Amy brings a variety of skills to the team at Jordan Search Consultants.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and is currently enrolled in a Master’s of Healthcare Administration program at Southern New Hampshire University.

When she is not working on a Jordan Search Consultants project, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and boating.
