Amanda Pigny

Mandy is an assessment and development specialist, and qualified business psychologist. With a career spanning both consultancy and corporate HR roles, she is skilled in the assessment of senior individuals. She has designed and run large scale assessment centre projects for clients in the private and public sectors, including the Senior Civil Service, regulatory, retail, finance, health and leisure sectors. As well as leading and facilitating programmes on a client’s behalf, she has designed assessment methodologies to be adopted internally and trained staff in assessor skills.

Mandy has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck University, London. She holds certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Performance Coaching. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and member of the British Psychological Society.
