Alexandra Tarzia

Alex Tarzia is a seasoned retained executive search and research professional with extensive experience successfully conducting and completing a wide spectrum of Senior Executive assignments for clients ranging from small private companies to large Fortune 500 industry leaders.

She has conducted assignments for both public and private companies across all industry verticals including technology/software, industrial, financial services, not for profit/academic and consumer/retail and all function areas. Additionally, Alex has completed numerous searches in Europe, Asia and South America as well as throughout North America.

Prior to founding VIDI Research Advisors, Alex worked in the Global Board and CEO practices of both Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry International conducting and successfully completing a wide range of Board, CEO and Senior Operating Executive searches across all industries. Alex currently resides in Duxbury, MA with her husband and 3 children and is very active in her community and schools.

She is a graduate of The Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA and she earned her B.A. from Boston University. She remains active in alumni relations at both schools. Alex also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of The Friends of the Library.
