Quest Groups was founded in 2001 by Joe Kosakowski to ensure the success of both our companies and our candidates. We help transformational companies expand and prosper in the constantly innovating world of technology – successfully recruiting all business area functions while companies evolve and scale.
As a search firm offering both retained Executive Search and contingent services in engineering, product marketing, business development and sales, accounting, finance, human resources, and legal, we know that hiring is the most important decision for any company’s success. Our client companies and the VC and PE firms we work with have both the knowledge and experience required to succeed from an investment, operational and strategic standpoint. On the other hand, our top tier candidates have the unique background and experience needed to help these companies grow.
In each of our markets, we have five, core competency based teams with up to 6 members on each team: 1) Executive Search, 2) Technical, 3) Product and Marketing, 3) Sales and Business Development and 4) Finance, Accounting, HR and Legal. This unique team structure enables us to develop relationships with the best candidates in each core competency and specific market at a scale that is one of a kind.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve developed strong relationships with the most innovative and successful venture capital and private equity firms in the US, including those in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Boston and Texas. Because these firms back some of the best, emerging companies, our relationships put us in the best position to connect them with the highest tier of candidates, whether they’re on or off the market.
It’s all about Who We Know.
