Katherine Young, Managing Partner and President, formed Young Search Partners -Executive Search in 2009 with over 20 years experience in the executive search industry, previously as Director of the Retained Search Division for Hudson Highland Group and prior as a Principal with Korn Ferry International. Katherine’s search experience has spanned across industry and functional roles to include search assignments in the consumer/retail, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing , and Nonprofit sectors, with a focus on critical leadership roles.
