The Tolan Group (TTG) is a proven executive search firm delivering superior results for nearly two decades placing senior-level executives across the healthcare and finance and accounting sectors.  Our focus in on portfolio company recruiting for executives for middle market private equity portfolio companies.

TTG also offers interim search for clients with an immediate need or when an executive suddenly departs leaving a void in leadership that must be filled immediately. TTG Interim maintains a robust talent bench of executives ready to engage to mitigate any loss in leadership from a recent departure.

While TTGs main office is in St Augustine, Florida, we have a team of associates located throughout the United States. Our industry leading metrics are the envy of the larger boutique firms and the multi-national firms as our PE clients demand efficiency as well as quality in each engagement. In addition to C Suite recruiting, we also work with our portco clients to build out management teams as well as individual contributors.
