WinterWyman Executive Search Places VP of Talent & Organizational Development for Vertex Pharmaceuticals

WALTHAM, MA, June 6, 2016 — WinterWyman Executive Search, a long-standing authority on executive hiring and retained search, announced today that they have placed Jayne Johnson as Vertex’s Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development. WinterWyman Executive Search’s Managing Director & Senior Vice President Beverly Morgan led the search.

Johnson will lead, develop and implement Vertex’s global talent management, organizational development, leadership and employee development strategies across the organization. Most recently, Johnson was the Vice President of Talent, Learning & Organizational Development for Keurig Green Mountain (NASDAQ: GMCR) and the Chief Learning Officer for Deloitte. Prior, she spent many years with GE (NYSE: GE) in HR leadership roles, including the Vice President of Leadership Development and Customer Education for GE Crotonville’s John F. Welch Leadership Development Center; the Director of Training & Development and Global Employer of Choice Leader for GE Capital Finance’s Corporate Headquarters; and the Strategic Staffing and Global Employer of Choice Leader for GE Capital Finance’s Commercial Equipment Financing division.
