Lawren Eckhardt Named Director of Marketing for Rise Communities

HOUSTON, TX, January 20, 2017 — Lawren Eckhardt is a creative marketing professional with extensive experience in developing award-winning marketing campaigns, promotions and events for numerous master-planned communities. Lawren joins Rise Communities from Johnson Development Corp. where she successfully led and managed numerous master-planned community projects. Lawren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Houston Baptist University.

Rise Communities LLC is a preeminent developer and manager of creative, masterfully-planned, large-scale communities in the U.S with experience in the development of over 17,000 acres of award winning, masterfully-planned communities in Nevada and Texas. Formed in 2011, the executive team of Rise Communities includes all the senior professionals previously associated with American Nevada Company’s Master Plan Community Development Division. Rise Communities currently has three ongoing projects, two in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and one in Casa Grande, Arizona.
