hrQ Announces the Addition of Two New Executives and Expansion to Atlanta and Philadelphia
DENVER, CO, September 20, 2016 — hrQ, Inc., a human resources professional services firm, announces expansion to Atlanta and Philadelphia under the leadership of Carrie Magee and Kelly Morello, respectively.
Carrie Magee joins hrQ as vice president, managing director based in Atlanta. She most recently held a line executive role with Citi where she led end-to-end customer experience across all functions of Citi Retail Services. Prior, Carrie held human resources leadership positions with Citi, Johns Manville and General Mills in various locations across the United States. She’s an alumni of Cornell University with a masters in industrial and labor relations. “The Atlanta market is full of opportunity from both an HR talent and enterprise perspective, with 29 Fortune 1000 companies and burgeoning tech and entertainment sectors. hrQ is excited to be a part of strengthening the broader business community through the strategic placement of the best HR talent in the market,” says Carrie.
Kelly Morello is leading hrQ’s launch of the Philadelphia market as vice president, managing director. Kelly has held HR leadership positions with several pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies from startup through growth phase. Most recently she was the head of HR for the Strategic Solutions division of PRA Health Sciences. She also holds the post of president of the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy, where she contributes to broader strategic initiatives and thought leadership surrounding the HR profession. Kelly is a lifelong learner with multiple degrees from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Villanova University and Pennsylvania State University. “I’m thrilled to join the hrQ team and lead the Company’s expansion into Philadelphia. The Philadelphia region is not only home of several of the largest service providers and pharmaceutical companies in the country, it is also a hotbed for entrepreneurial growth.
