Geoff Hall Joins Executive Search Firm Kingsley Gate Partners

DALLAS, TX, September 12, 2016 — Kingsley Gate Partners, a retained global executive search firm that addresses the senior executive recruitment needs of the digital age, today announced it has hired Geoff Hall as a new partner to support its growing life sciences practice. Geoff will be based out of the company’s newly opened Denver office. Geoff brings a high level of expertise to bear on behalf of Kingsley Gate Partners. He was previously the CEO of Precision Wire Components, a medical technology and manufacturing business based in Tualatin, Ore., where he orchestrated the successful sale of the company to Creganna Medical in 2014. Prior to Precision, Geoff served in several senior leadership positions at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device manufacturer, securing experience in pricing, partner ecosystems, sales and operations. Geoff also brings extensive industrial psychology experience in behavioral-based interviewing and performance managements skills to the company.

Geoff will also be instrumental in the company’s continued roll-out of its SaaS-based ClientSuite platform — including its Kingsley Gate MapFit offering — which provides a multi-tiered, unbiased assessment of a candidate’s thinking process and emotional intelligence. Geoff earned a bachelor’s degree in both chemistry and physics from the University of Memphis.
